accessibility

last updated: 2 October 2026

we aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. this site is built with semantic HTML, keyboard support, visible focus, sufficient colour contrast, and respect for reduced-motion preferences. moving content can be paused. we do not use accessibility overlay widgets.

display preferences

the button in the bottom corner of every page opens three settings: text size, reduced motion, and higher contrast. they are part of this site rather than a third-party overlay - they change the page itself, and your choice is remembered in your browser, not sent anywhere. your device's own reduced-motion setting always applies; the toggle can only reduce motion further, never turn it back on.
